Limitations

The following highlights SC Ministry Foundation’s limitations which do not represent all limitations or conditions under which SC Ministry Foundation will not consider grant pre-applications. SC Ministry Foundation will not consider funding for:

• Major capital expenditures such as construction, acquisition or renovation of facilities, equipments or technology

• Ongoing operations, overhead, operational deficits or debt reduction

• Endowments or scholarships
  

• Projects where the Foundation would be the principal source of support

• Programs in public schools including colleges and universities, catholic schools or parishes, hospitals, or churches that do not have a current association with the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati

• Grants to individuals, units of government or government agencies

• Annual appeals, membership drives, sponsorships, fundraising campaigns

• Partisan political advocacy or for lobbying purposes

• Programs or projects that result in duplication of services

• Organizations or projects that use grant funds to make grants to other organizations
