Understanding Our Grant Process

All grant requests must be pre-approved by an SC Ministry Foundation program officer through a phone call before submitting any application materials to SC Ministry Foundation. We only accept inquiries about pre-applications by phone during designated time periods.

Before calling about a grant, SC Ministry Foundation requires that organizations read our website, are aligned with our Funding Priorities, Eligibility Requirements, and Limitations, and are prepared to answer the phone call questions.

We are only able to discuss requests if you have:

• read our website;
• checked your organization’s and your specific request’s alignment with our Foundation before calling us; and
• called during the time periods designated for calls.

SC Ministry Foundation does not respond to inquiries to discuss potential pre-applications via email and will not consider any pre-applications not discussed and approved for submission.
